Refund & Cancellation Policy
All requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the retreat organizers, GRACE in NATURE Unlimited, LLC, Karen Score, Member, and sent to GRACE in NATURE Unlimited, LLC, 10 Forest Way, Gansevoort, NY 12831 or by e-mail to graceinnaturellc@gmail.com and received by the dates listed below. Regardless of the reason, cancellations result in additional costs and processing time for the retreat organizers, as such all cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
90 DAYS OR MORE PRIOR TO START DATE …..$100 Cancellation Fee plus deposit forfeited.
89 DAYS OR LESS PRIOR TO START DATE …..$150 Cancellation fee plus full balance forfeited.
In case of cancellation, a reservation may be transferred to another person as long as Grace in Nature Unlimited, LLC is notified 60 Days or more in advance. Due to arrangements made and deposits paid to our hosts, hotels, transportation companies, or excursion costs, etc., there can be absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy.
If the participant leaves the retreat for any reason prior to its conclusion, refunds will not be made for the unused portion of the retreat.
No refunds will be made for any excursion, meal, yoga class, workshop, or any other planned activity that the participant misses or decides not to participate in for any reason.
Due to the uncertainty due to the COVID-19 Pandemic it is required that all participants purchase their own Travel Insurance. The trip organizer is not responsible for expenses, including but not limited to, flights, lodging, meals and transportation incurred for delays and/or detainments beyond the trip itinerary as a result of circumstances beyond our control such as an upsurge of COVID-19, war, etc., as set forth below. Travel Insurance Companies such as Trawick International www.trawickinternational.com or World Nomads www.worldnomads.com offer policies that insure your investment in the unfortunate case that a cancellation is unavoidable. Please look for “cancel for any reason” coverages. Coverage is also provided for expenses due to weather and travel delays, personal property loss, and emergency medical. Please review policies to be sure that coverage is provided for lodging and medical costs in the event you need to be quarantined due to COVID-19. Travel Insurance can be obtained a reasonable cost, especially considering what it would cost in the event of cancellation. Knowing you are adequately covered also offers Peace of Mind!
The retreat is subject to a minimum enrollment to occur and a maximum number of participants depending on the nature of the trip. The retreat organizers reserve the right to cancel the retreat prior to departure. If such a cancellation is NOT due to circumstances beyond the retreat organizers control, the retreat organizer will refund all payments, constituting full settlement with the participant. No compensation will be made when cancellation arises before or during the trip from circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) such as an upsurge in COVID-19, war, strife, civil disobedience, strikes, terrorist activity, adverse weather conditions, fire, natural disasters, etc., unless or until the retreat organizer is able to recover any retreat related sums. In the event of cancellation arising from circumstances beyond our control, retreat related sums recovered by the retreat organizer will be distributed equitably to the participants after the retreat organizer deducts all out of pocket costs and related expenses.
